Commercial Neoprene Rubber Sheeting is a cost effective general purpose gasket material made from a blend of 10% Neoprene and SBR rubber. With 40° Shore A hardness, temperature resistance from minus 30°C to plus 90°C, and elongation at break of 200%, it provides reliable flexibility and sealing performance for light to medium duty applications. This black smooth finish rubber sheet is ideal for packing pieces, dust seals, protection pads, and general industrial use where high chemical resistance is not critical.
Manufactured to meet ASTM D 2000 M2 AA416A13B13C12G21J1 standards, the material is available in thicknesses from 0.5mm to 50mm. Supplied in 1.4 meter wide rolls with 5m, 10m, and 20m length options, it can also be customized into strips, gaskets, and press-tool cut components. Self-adhesive backing (SAB) option is available for easy installation.
